RAM-drive removal entry point. The implementation is currently a
stub.

Inputs

unit - Unit number; currently ignored.

Result

Always NULL. No drive name is returned.

Notes

No RAM-drive state or storage is changed. NULL does not indicate
successful removal.

Bugs

RAM-drive removal is not implemented.
